It has stopped working and in my device manager there is a yellow exclamation mark against it. When I click on it it says: "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"</em><br /><em></em><br /><em>Claire</em><br /><em></em><br />Ok - normally I would suggest checking the cables you should use USB 2 cables with USB 2 devices and sockets etc.... however, as this used to work here is the solution:<br /><br />The easiest way to solve a USB error code 10 in Windows XP is to follow the steps below to remove and reinstall all USB controllers.<br /><br />1. Click on Start<br /><br />2. Right Click on My Computer, click on Properties<br /><br />3.Click on the Hardware tab<br /><br />4. Click the Device Manager button.<br /><br />5. Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers section.<br /><br />6. Right-click every device under the Universal Serial Bus controllers node, and then click Uninstall to remove them one at a time.<br /><br />7. Restart the computer, and allow the computer to reinstall the USB controllers. H. Open internet Explorer<br /><br />2. Go to tools - internet options<br /><br />3. Find the content tab<br /><br />4.
