Garry, I have a dell USB wireless network card. It has stopped working and in my device manager there is a yellow exclamation mark against it. When I click on it it says: "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

Ok - normally I would suggest checking the cables you should use USB 2 cables with USB 2 devices and sockets etc.... however, as this used to work here is the solution:
The easiest way to solve a USB error code 10 in Windows XP is to follow the steps below to remove and reinstall all USB controllers.
1. Click on Start
2. Right Click on My Computer, click on Properties
3.Click on the Hardware tab
4. Click the Device Manager button.
5. Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers section.
6. Right-click every device under the Universal Serial Bus controllers node, and then click Uninstall to remove them one at a time.
7. Restart the computer, and allow the computer to reinstall the USB controllers. H. Plug in the removable USB device , and then test to make sure that the issue is resolved.
